The name “Yoseh” (יוסה) on an ossuary from a cave in East-Talpiot. The name "Yoseh" was a rare name and was most likely a diminutive form of the common name Joseph. According to the New Testament, one of Jesus’ brothers was called "Yoseh." The ossuary was discovered in a burial cave in Talpiot, together with an ossuaries inscribed "Yeshua son of Yehosef", "Judah son of Jesus," and "Maria", as well as other ossuaries. It has been suggested that the burial cave in which the ossuary was found may have served the family of Jesus of Nazareth. This assessment, however, is not accepted by most scholars.
